Critically acclaimed director Marc Pilvinsky approached me in 2006 about producing live videos for bands that he knew and this was the project that came out of that discussion. He knew Andy from his time working as a music critic and we set out to record Andy’s band, Now It’s Overhead, when they swung through LA on tour. We set up the date and recorded it at the Glasshouse in Orange County.
